Pilgrimage to Walsingham, 29th of May

This is a Place about 2.5 hours from here where Our Lady appeared in the 11th century.
It used to be the fourth most important centre of pilgrimage in the world (after Rome, Holy Land and Santiago in Spain) until it was destroyed by Henry VIII. Now it is re built by the Anglicans and it is growing in importance. For example they founded an Anglican group under the pope Benedict so that Anglicans could easier become Catholics without loosing some of their traditions. The idea is to go there and pray a rosary on the way to Walsingham another rosary there and a rosary coming back. It has a touristic bonus, this place is close to the beach, and we can go there and play football or swim if you can brake the ice over the sea!
There will be a large group of students from Netherhall going that day so the idea is to join them.

Please contact Pablo for further information.

Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament

Dear All

We will be going for a Holy Hour on Wednesday 1st December to Woburn Sands.

It will be a good way to start our preparation for Christmas and to celebrate the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady (8th Dec).

It is also a good timing to pray for good performance in the December exams!

It starts at 7 and the meeting point is as usually 6.40 at the Natwest.

Please let me know if you want to come and do invite friends!

Have a good day!
